Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Every order ships free across the United Kingdom with tracking included, and there is no minimum spend.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is scanned into the carrier network. You can also check on our Track Your Order page. The first scan can take 24 to 48 hours to appear, which is normal.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. Items need to be unworn with tags attached. There is no restocking fee and refunds go back to your original payment method.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page carries measurements taken from the actual garment rather than a generic chart. If you are between sizes, email us and we will tell you honestly how it runs.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout is SSL encrypted and card details go directly to our PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
