What We Can Sort Out

Where is my order: send us the order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
Starting a return: we will send you the returns address and an authorisation number.
Fit and sizing: we have the garment measurements to hand and will tell you honestly if something runs small.
Something arrived wrong: send a photo and we will replace or refund it, your choice.
Anything else: if you are not sure who to ask, ask us.

Helping Us Help You

Including your order number in the first message usually saves a round trip. It is at the top of your confirmation email. If an item turned up damaged or is not what you ordered, a photo attached to that same message means we can act on it straight away rather than asking you to send one.

Returns

Please email us for a return authorisation before you post anything back. The address on your original parcel is a dispatch point, not our returns facility, so parcels sent there can go astray. Everything you need is in our Return and Refund Policy.

If We Get It Wrong

Email us with COMPLAINT in the subject line and we will reply within 5 working days. You can also get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.
